Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring continuity and consistency of care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and maintain thorough risk assessments and safety plans when necessary, guiding clients through critical moments of emotional distress.

• Participate in regular case consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care and treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic processes in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering a supportive community among clients.

Qualifications\n
