Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children and families, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child’s unique needs are addressed.

• Monitor and evaluate progress as a dedicated team member, ensuring that goals are met and adjusted as necessary.

• Provide essential support and resources to families, guiding them through the complexities of caring for a child with developmental delays or disabilities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized strategies that foster child development.
\n
• Work with families to implement IFSPs, adjusting service frequency based on developmental milestones and family circumstances.
\n
• Provide coaching and natural environment teaching to enhance a child's learning experiences in everyday settings.

• Commit to creating a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff by adhering to organizational health and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children and their families, particularly those seeking support in early intervention services. Riverdale Behavioral Health specializes in assisting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, playing a vital role in helping them acquire essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.

• One year of relevant experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while adapting to varying learning styles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
