Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant at Endurance Healthcare Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own patient panel while also handling physician overflow, ensuring quality care and attention to all patients.
• Providing comprehensive medical support to physicians, participating in patient consultations, assisting in examinations, and contributing to care plans.
• Conducting thorough history and physical examinations, utilizing diagnostic skills to identify ailments and needs effectively.
• Ordering diagnostic tests, such as laboratory studies and imaging procedures, and interpreting results to inform treatment decisions based on established clinical protocols.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Endurance Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
