Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify students' mental health needs, developing evidence-based treatment plans that address each individual's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. Your work will directly impact students’ academic performance and overall mental health, helping them to cultivate resilience and coping strategies that extend beyond the school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with demonstrated proficiency in working with adolescents.
