Key Responsibilities\n

The mental health counselor will assume a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves cancer patients and their caregivers at various stages, including diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life. The mental health counselor will be pivotal in fostering resilience and coping strategies, enabling individuals to navigate the emotional and psychological challenges associated with their health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current and valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team within an outpatient mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen effectively and share information clearly.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
