Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still being part of a collaborative outpatient office atmosphere. Core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed to accommodate patient schedules. The position offers a generous salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, complemented by various professional benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans with input from patients and their families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship to foster trust and openness.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that focus on common mental health challenges, enhancing community support and resilience among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care, sharing insights and participating in case discussions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with coping strategies during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring every interaction is recorded accurately.

Qualifications\n
