Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our mission and team. You will engage in regular virtual meetings and case consultations with fellow therapists and interdisciplinary team members to nurture an environment of continuous support and professional development. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs, ensuring a work-life balance that is crucial for mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through interviews, standardized tests, and observational tools to ascertain individual patient needs and subsequent challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance community engagement and provide clients with valuable coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that encourages optimal outcomes.

• Respond to mental health crises and provide immediate support, including crisis intervention and referrals to specialized services as necessary.

• Educate and empower patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and professional standards, ensuring patient safety and quality assurance.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews to share insights, seek guidance, and contribute to the collective knowledge of the practice.

• Stay informed of new advancements and research within the mental health field, incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice for the benefit of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals of varying ages and backgrounds dealing with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, and substance use disorders. You will play a pivotal role in developing therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and growth through individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in conducting in-depth mental health assessments and creating comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated capacity for delivering effective individual and group therapy in a culturally competent manner.

• Comfortable utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various technological tools in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
