This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule within a Monday through Friday framework, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office serves as a hub of support and collective growth, enabling therapists to collaborate and share insights while maintaining the convenience of remote therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms or phone, adhering to best practices in telehealth and maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring holistic support for each patient.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment tools tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population comprising adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Your ability to engage empathetically and effectively will be crucial in establishing trust and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
