• Verify client insurance benefits automatically and in real-time, which helps streamline access to care and instills confidence for both you and your clients.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote your services and grow your caseload through client referrals and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.

• Prior experience or knowledge of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.
\n
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Strong comfort level with utilizing technology for telehealth purposes, including video conferencing tools and electronic health records.

• A private, secure workspace to ensure confidentiality during therapy sessions.
\n
• Adherence to all regulatory requirements and background checks as stipulated by state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in partnering with clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
