Work Environment\n

This telehealth role offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home while still being a vital part of a collaborative and supportive team. Emphasizing innovation, our work environment integrates advanced digital healthcare solutions, allowing you seamless access to patient records and treatment tools. You will work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the freedom to create your own schedule and no on-call obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adults, tailoring each approach to meet their unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers, psychiatrists, and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems integrated with treatment software to document patient interactions, automate symptom self-assessments, and monitor treatment progress effectively.

• Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities, including weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership for professional development and clinical support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on providing effective care to adult clients struggling with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will be responsible for assessing each client’s individual needs, treatment goals, and progress, ensuring culturally responsive and inclusive care practices that respect each client’s background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with valid credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly with adult populations and/or higher-risk individuals.

• Proficient use of technology for telehealth and an eagerness to integrate digital tools into your clinical practice, ensuring effective patient engagement and care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
