Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health states and emotional needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans designed to address each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, utilizing structured methodologies.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to engage clients and deliver real-time support and intervention during therapy sessions.

• Regularly assess and document clients’ progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to foster optimal outcomes.

• Delivers crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, ensuring their immediate needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records compliant with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and treatment methodologies.

• Stay informed of the latest research developments and best practices in mental health treatment, applying this knowledge to enhance clinical service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children to adults, presenting a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with individuals during critical phases of their lives, providing essential support to navigate their mental health journeys. The remote setup increases accessibility, allowing you to reach individuals who may have limited options for in-person therapy due to geographical, physical, or psychological barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
