Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, needs, and preferences through an empathetic and strength-based approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and enhance coping strategies.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to promote wellness and resilience.

• Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and holistic treatment for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, complying with local, state, and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily working with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n
