Our practice is owned by experienced physical therapists, and we primarily cater to patients who hold private medical insurance, reflecting our commitment to delivering personalized and effective rehabilitation services.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position within our bustling rehabilitation center, which is designed to foster collaboration among healthcare professionals. Our team currently consists of two dedicated physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all working in concert to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance while engaged in meaningful patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific goals and needs.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, providing individualized treatment on a one-on-one basis for each patient every hour.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to implement innovative and evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by each patient.
• Utilize cost-effective therapeutic modalities to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and mobility.
• Educate patients on alternative strategies to manage pain, reduce reliance on medications, and potentially avoid surgical interventions.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices through customized fitness and wellness programs that enhance flexibility, balance, and overall coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care services provided, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Regularly assess and document treatment outcomes to monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, celebrating their milestones and achievements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• An exemplary professional record, indicating no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional skills in developing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome qualified candidates, preference will be given to those who have demonstrated experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, allowing for a seamless transition into our practice. A background in treating sports-related injuries or working within a fast-paced rehabilitation environment will be beneficial for delivering optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
