Work Environment\n

This role is uniquely suited for a remote work setting within a school environment, allowing for flexibility while ensuring consistent access to mental health resources for students. Our team operates on a schedule with flexible hours, including options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling tailored to individual, group, couple, or family dynamics.

• Interview clients to thoroughly gather and analyze pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Evaluate psychological conditions and design treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

• Develop and implement programs aimed at addressing social and emotional challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate various cases related to cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including short-term crisis interventions.

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect and trust.

• Regularly assess the efficacy of treatment services, making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with established protocols.

• Manage a designated caseload while ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all cases.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
