Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that meet clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing therapy in various formats including individual, family, and group sessions.

• Document ongoing progress, including clinical diagnoses and treatment plan updates, adhering to company policies and ethical guidelines.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for clients seeking aid.
\n
• Coordinate care with case managers, school staff, and medical professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will encounter a variety of mental health issues, allowing you to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques. The ideal therapist will be culturally sensitive and comfortable addressing various challenges that clients may face, ensuring an inclusive and effective therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our customizable compensation plan includes an hourly pay structure with additional commission on claims. Benefits include:
