Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment strategies. Create and implement tailored treatment plans that are responsive to the evolving objectives of each client. Deliver personalized therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other solution-oriented methods. Utilize various teletherapy platforms to administer services, ensuring a seamless and effective virtual experience for clients. Provide crisis intervention as required, demonstrating swift decision-making skills to ensure client safety and well-being. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain knowledge of the latest mental health trends and best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications A valid and active license in LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD is required. Applicants must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients. Exceptional organizational skills and time-management expertise to manage caseloads efficiently. Preferred Experience Prior experience in teletherapy or digital counseling settings is preferred. Experience working with culturally diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competency in therapeutic practices. Familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused approaches. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, based on caseload and experience.
