The telehealth facility facilitates real-time engagement with clients, enabling you to conduct sessions via secure video conferencing. Working hours can be flexible but are primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video consultations with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue about their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client base includes adults facing stable and low-acuity mental health issues. This encompasses a diverse range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment disorders. The approach taken by our counselors is client-centered, emphasizing the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships and equipping clients with skills to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology platforms, including telehealth software and electronic health records (EHR), to deliver exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, contingent on experience and hours worked.
