Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, tailored specifically to the unique dynamics of hospice care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, nurses, and other social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that focus on the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
