Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective support as a clinician to clients facing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both individually and in group settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based practices, and create integrated care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless access to necessary services and monitor client progress towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide timely responses to client emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, including regular therapy sessions, family involvement, and ongoing review of treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and client outcomes within the agency.

• Document clinical interactions, ensuring timely completion of reports and compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, facilitating communication between them, their families, and involved healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
