Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational therapy—to facilitate client progress.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly review and adjust plans based on their progress.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide seamless virtual sessions and address barriers to accessibility.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinicians at One Meditation Counseling Center work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with clients from various backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges and goals as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on relational therapy techniques.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care, emphasizing empathy and understanding.
\n
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and administrative tasks effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Background working with specific demographics, such as children, adolescents, or couples, is highly desirable.

• Exposure to evidence-based treatment methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our comprehensive compensation package includes an annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, dependent on experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists and a collaborative work environment where you can thrive professionally.
