Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' mental health conditions when necessary, employing recognized diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish individualized plans of care tailored to cultural diversity and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to support the therapeutic process, regularly assessing patient progress and modifying treatment strategies to reflect changes in their mental health status.

• Document all treatment records, notes, and evaluations accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards, utilizing current electronic health record systems for efficient information management.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans collaboratively with patients and their families, focusing on achieving desired treatment outcomes and addressing all facets of a patient's mental health journey.

• Act as a crucial link between patients and other healthcare providers, managing referral processes and ensuring timely coordination of care to optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
