Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status and needs, forming a critical first step in developing individualized treatment plans.

• Create and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals and mental health requirements.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy with adult clients using evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Effectively utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions, ensuring access to quality mental health care irrespective of geographical barriers.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions when necessary, demonstrating teamwork and strong decision-making skills to ensure client safety.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling, and to continually refine therapeutic approaches.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
