Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments aimed at identifying patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing verified therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services to patients at acute risk, ensuring coordination with other healthcare providers for seamless care delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health management, providing them with practical tools and insights to facilitate their progress.

• Engage in routine evaluations of treatment outcomes to assess efficacy, allowing adjustments in therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
