Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing mental health challenges, conducting assessments to identify individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct regular virtual sessions with students and parents to track progress, address concerns, and adapt treatment strategies as required.

• Facilitate group therapy or support sessions to encourage peer engagement and help normalize mental health conversations among students.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions that are developmentally appropriate, ensuring students receive high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
