Key Responsibilities\n

As part of your daily work, you will:

• Actively communicate with healthcare providers to relay updates on patient progress, addressing any concerns or changes in their mental health status.

• Accurately document clinical encounters and progress notes, adhering to departmental policies and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to design comprehensive treatment plans and effective discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients with diverse emotional and behavioral issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly to patients experiencing acute mental health disturbances, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care plans.

• Assist in thorough discharge planning, enhancing clients' access to community resources and aftercare services while coordinating with external support systems and providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n
