Work Environment\n

As a full-time telehealth therapist, your workplace will be virtual, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other LMFTs, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated care. This position also permits you to conduct therapy sessions during evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' needs, facilitating access to support when it is most critical.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate regularly with other professionals to maintain a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
