Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, scheduling follow-up appointments and determining discharge readiness when applicable.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment updates for all clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate potential clients and appropriately identify their mental health needs.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on practice.

• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive client care and holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a varied outpatient population, including adults, children, and families, each presenting unique challenges and therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Pimsy software.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to applicants who have experience working with diverse populations and have additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices. Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and dedication, Mental Journey Wellness Support offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000. This role operates under a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability without a lengthy reimbursement process.
