Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address clients' unique circumstances.

• Engage actively in case management by coordinating with families and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive support system for each client.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to comply with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular professional development and training sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing issues such as relationship conflict, grief, anxiety, depression, and more. You will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to help clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and resilience in overcoming their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current Tennessee LCSW or LMFT license in good standing.
\n
• Strong understanding and experience with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, youth and adolescent therapy) will stand out. Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
