Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining a high standard of care for our clients. You will engage in virtual counseling sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in team meetings online. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may arise based on patient needs, ensuring availability and responsiveness to those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer crisis intervention during substance-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and guidance for clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, viable recovery strategies, and available community resources to reinforce their road to recovery.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current with developments in substance use disorder treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to new team members.
