Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for evening shifts based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to facilitate impactful individual counseling sessions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during urgencies related to substance use, ensuring clients feel safe and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented approaches, and evidence-based treatment therapies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individualized and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic manner to connect with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
