Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though some evenings may be required to accommodate patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific needs, goals, and challenges related to substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the area of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment models, and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Prior experience delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to counseling.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications to facilitate patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
