Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Document client progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health counseling, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice as appropriate.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery for clients.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation meetings with licensed therapists, focusing on clinical skill development and case consultation.

• Prepare and present case summaries in team meetings, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

• Promote a supportive atmosphere for clients, encouraging open communication and trust within therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or an equivalent mental health credential.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse clientele, showcasing compassion and acceptance.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
