Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients from a wide array of backgrounds, including those belonging to historically marginalized groups. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid active license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or LCSW-R in the state of Florida.

• Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders, including trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating a culturally responsive approach.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Competency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
