Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including gathering medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
• Under the supervision of attending physicians, perform clinical procedures and minor surgical interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with supervising physicians, tailoring approaches to address the unique medical needs and preferences of each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments, fostering informed decision-making and promoting wellness.
• Maintain detailed and precise medical records, documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-ups in line with healthcare compliance standards.
• Actively engage in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
