Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional states, and overall well-being, adapting tools and methodologies as necessary.

• Develop and customize individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client input, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques—across individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor client progress during therapy sessions, reviewing and modifying treatment plans in conjunction with clients’ evolving needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, contributing to seamless care coordination.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continual professional development through regular supervision, workshops, and reading the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will foster therapeutic relationships aimed at facilitating personal growth, coping strategies, and resilience in individuals of all ages, both in individual sessions and through family/group therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• All candidates must hold a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
