Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and commercially aggressive Sales Development Representative to accelerate net-new logo acquisition and revenue pipelines under a permanent, full-time remote configuration within the United Kingdom. Operating as an essential pipeline architect within our Revenue and Lead Generation vertical, you will manage multi-channel outbound campaign strategies targeting senior infrastructure and network decision-makers. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, entry-level website styling fixes, or general helpdesk customer support ticketing, you will run an active multi-tenant cold outreach, prospect account qualification, and technical interest generation laboratory. Partnering directly neben core corporate account executives and sales leaders, you will translate abstract enterprise infrastructure challenges into qualified discovery opportunities. This position requires an engineering-minded inbound and outbound closer with 1+ years of software sector history who handles B2B prospecting fluidly natively using Sales Representative, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling primitives, crafts messages that resonate deeply with engineering buyers, and exceeds outbound conversion thresholds autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- New Logo Pipeline Governance: Discover, map, and secure qualified introductory meetings with senior infrastructure decision-makers to scale NetBox Labs’ platform adoption natively utilizing Sales Representative strategies.
- Outbound Territory Sourcing: Build, orchestrate, and execute targeted outbound acquisition campaigns across enterprise verticals to systematically generate net-new software pipeline metrics natively deploying Lead Generation models.
- Multi-Channel Outreach Execution: Initiate high-velocity, personalized touchpoints spanning structured phone outreach, personalized LinkedIn messaging, tailored email matrices, and video scripts natively leveraging Cold Calling techniques.
- Technical Persona Research: Analyze prospect business objectives, network automation bottlenecks, and corporate pain points to tailor messaging specifically to network architecture specialists and infrastructure directors.
- Inbound Opportunity Qualification: Route, evaluate, and qualify incoming campaign indicators against rigid enterprise definition criteria to accelerate sales delivery loops.
- CRM Database Hygiene Management: Document and maintain immaculate, context-rich prospective account logs and alignment milestones cleanly within our centralized HubSpot CRM platform.
- Commercial Messaging Adaptation: Formulate, test, and iterate on crisp technical messaging that clearly breaks down complex open-source networking subjects into tangible, high-value business benefits.
- Cross-Functional Sales Synchronization: Collaborate close-knit next to field sales teams and product specialists to align client pain points with underlying commercial NetBox offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ year of proven, successful professional technology sales history operating as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or closely matching tech-driven pipeline generation capacity.
- Expert Enterprise Software Command: Direct operational familiarity driving outbound sales velocity explicitly within the enterprise software, infrastructure-as-a-code, B2B SaaS, or Open Source software space .
- Meticulous hands-on tracking history executing systematic prospecting rhythms natively deploying modern sales toolsets (including complete comfort with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo ).
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication strengths in English, with a documented ability to break down complex and highly technical infrastructure frameworks cleanly.
- An adaptable, high-agency performer persona characterized by energy, tenacity, and a persistent drive to manage time frames autonomously and exceed strategic business development milestones.
- Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise lead generation authorities residing permanently within the United Kingdom .
