Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs in an empathetic and thorough manner to ensure accurate intervention strategies.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies that align with each child’s unique situation regarding their development and family needs.
\n
• Monitor and report on developmental outcomes, actively participating in team meetings and discussions to review progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
\n
• Provide essential support and education to families about enhancing their child's skills, utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environments.
\n
• Establish rapport with children, families, and team members to create a learning environment that is sensitive and responsive to their needs.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model focusing on natural environment teaching to foster skill development effectively.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations to maintain a safe and respectful environment for staff and families.
\n
• Actively engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in social work and early childhood intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves young children — specifically, infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. You will be working closely with diverse families to empower them and provide resources and support essential for developmental success. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensing by the Department of Public Health, with an LCSW designation necessary for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
