Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, challenges, and strengths, ensuring that you have a holistic view of their well-being.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care techniques.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, setting achievable goals and identifying specific interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure a united approach to client care and promote a continuity of support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to assist clients during moments of acute distress.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records are thorough and up-to-date.
