Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and professional relationships while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, manage upcoming appointments, and discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with a focus on person-centered therapy, ensuring that each plan aligns with the distinct needs and goals of the client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to regulatory compliance and best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the needs and objectives of new clients effectively.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic techniques as required to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Participate in individual supervision to review therapeutic approaches and enhance skills.
\n
• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth clientele, working with young individuals battling mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
