Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and create personalized treatment plans based on their specific goals.

• Regularly update and adjust treatment plans as needed, responding dynamically to client progress and changing circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity of care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care solutions and support.

• Stay informed about changes in mental health regulations, best practices, and emerging resources, proactively applying this knowledge in therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, employing immediate strategies and resources to assist clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational challenges. Your work will be pivotal in creating a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving their personal therapeutic goals. You will also be responsible for fostering a supportive atmosphere for clients during difficult times, emphasizing resilience and long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, valid, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Minimum of 3 years of applicable clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Ability to function independently while also working collaboratively within a team environment.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain documentation and client records accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities.

• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community agencies to support client referrals and continuity of care.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
