Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining detailed medical histories and performing thorough physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, prioritizing patient-centered care and optimal health outcomes.
• Perform necessary medical procedures and minor surgical interventions as appropriate, utilizing skills honed through ongoing training and collaborative supervision.
• Enhance patient education by clearly communicating diagnoses, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies to empower patients in their own care.
• Maintain meticulous medical records that document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights to support continuous improvement in clinical practices and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

Hawthorne Health Care Partners, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
