Circadian Health Care Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Urgent Care Physician Assistant to enhance our pain management team in Penfield, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine pain levels and medical history, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based methodologies to prescribe appropriate medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols.
• Partake in discharge planning and collaborate with case management teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients post-treatment.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Educate patients on effective pain management strategies and necessary lifestyle adjustments, empowering them to take control of their health.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in urgent care, pain management, or a related medical field.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the role includes a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing health, dental, and retirement plans, along with paid time off and sick leave.
