Work Environment

The position is set in our inviting outpatient clinic located in Carteret, with a typical Monday to Friday schedule encompassing 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by their physicians to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies, continually assessing patient progress and modifying interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, applying them based on the specific needs of patients with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine backgrounds.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to best practice protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to maximize patient care outcomes.
• Promote patient engagement and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those experiencing chronic pain or mobility issues. Qualifications
