Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, creating a safe and engaging environment for clients to discuss their concerns.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the specifications of each client.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals within the healthcare system, ensuring a holistic approach to client care through communication and resource sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), recognized by the State of Washington.

• Minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling services, with a proven track record of supporting individuals, couples, and families.

• Comprehensive understanding and application of various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
