Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our Rehabilitation Center located in Fairfax, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to assess physical function and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Engage in ongoing patient consultations, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and exercise regimens to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of treatments and outcomes while complying with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and discussing treatment adjustments as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal systems. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
