Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of patients and their families, facilitating a thorough understanding of individual challenges and resources.

• Design and deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care specific to hospice clients.

• Be prepared to offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required, especially in high-stress scenarios common to hospice settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
