Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients in a clinical capacity, conducting assessments, individual and group therapy sessions specialized for those experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Provide focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services to promote client empowerment and recovery.

• Assist in crisis intervention as needed, employing appropriate techniques to ensure client safety and emotional stability.

• Monitor and document client progress through timely completion of reports, adherence to treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with admission and discharge criteria.

• Participate in on-call coverage for emergency situations during and outside program hours as needed.

• Contribute to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives within the agency.

Qualifications\n
