Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and a solution-focused approach to address individual client needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of client information.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active professional license in New York State, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
