Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments to gauge clients' mental health statuses and identify underlying issues.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques to address specific patient challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a richly diverse client base, including individuals facing moderate to severe mental health challenges. Your caseload may include clients grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, emphasizing the need for cultural competence and sensitivity within therapeutic practices. Your ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds will be instrumental in promoting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling with a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and relevant technology platforms.

• Possession of strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage challenging client situations calmly and effectively.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and boundaries in client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
