Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete agency orientation and familiarize yourself with policies and procedures to ensure compliance with clinic standards.

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes, conducting research on client-specific concerns, and developing tailored intervention strategies.

• Engage in group supervision sessions, contributing actively to discussions and sharing insights from client interactions.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring accuracy in both written and electronic formats while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Coordinate with partner agencies to facilitate client visits and services, ensuring a holistic support network.

• Research and implement best practices for assigned projects, staying up-to-date with the latest in mental health care.

• Deliver thorough client consultations and collaborate with other professionals in the agency to ensure comprehensive treatment planning.

• Document case notes, client assessments, and treatment evaluations that contribute to individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

• Assist therapists in interpreting psychometric assessments to best inform treatment strategies.

• Participate in staff meetings, providing updates on client progress and collaborating on clinical matters.

Qualifications\n
